Bita was born on July 16th, in Shiraz, Iran. Her love of music started from an early age. As a little girl, Bita was involved in drama, singing and dancing. She continued music through college while at the same time getting her degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado.

Early 2005, Bita began working with her current producer and manager Reza Mahjoub and her first album Shekayat was released. Currently, Bita is working on a second album.
